Today here I. The U.K. we celebrate King Charles birthday. We do it with a ceremony called trooping the colours which is century and more old tradition. The king shows his appreciation of the work of people involved charity work, sports arts and science etc by awarding honours. Quite a contrast.

France would probably be a good choice. Other advantages include a largely educated population, lots of history and culture, great food, exceptional wine, a varied interesting and diverse landscape and the healthcare system is universal and largely state funded.
