Did you enjoy it? It's so huge, overwhelming. But I think it's almost as good as Air and Space, which is the world's most visited museum. I hope you liked it; I feel so proud of our Smithsonians, tho this one is not free - I think it's the only one that isn't.

I used to use crumbled tofu, but it just lacked deliciousness so I stopped and went back to real cheese. Obviously if you're a vegan or can't eat cheese, that's not an option.
