Today comes my standard warning: Apple’s iOS-MacOS-Apple TVos all came out today with version 27. **Do not** install until the .2 version comes out. Be patient. Wait until the bugs are ironed out. Source—me, user of Apple since 2003.

😂 I really didn’t want to discuss politics here, but the dumbest thing just occurred: the orange emperor renamed Lake Ontario to Lake America. The best fake response I have seen the interwebs provide is that the Canadians were going to rename it to Lake Epstein.

Just finished the finale of The Bear. This show fires incredibly well on all four key pillars: writing, directing, casting, and acting. Through five seasons, the chemistry among the cast is palpable, the writing is very down to earth, and even the editing makes you feel like you’re in the show. 9/10

New life goal: somehow make enough money to buy a house from architect John Lautner. To say his work is sexy is an understatement. I didn’t realize until I got this book that some of my favorite work was his, as I had became familiar with them in TV and movies for decades. #sugardaddyormommyneeded

Did the world need another Toy Story? Yup, it did. After a slightly stiff start, it rolls into the characters we know and love, this time focusing on Jessie. I cried 2.5 times. 8/10.

I just finished the end of HBO’s Euphoria. This is one of the best shows this decade - from casting to acting to direction to writing to editing. A hard watch for sure, but absolutely worth it.

My second piece of art from Seattle Erotic Art Festival is called “Log Out” by Rowson photography. The model is the artist and this was taken by a drone of herself and she had no idea what was going to come out. It’s absolutely fantastic and asks so many questions.

I got two pieces of art this year at the Seattle erotic art festival and this piece is called “centerfold“ by the Masked Marion. It’s a painting of the famous 1972 Playgirl magazine centerfold of Burt Reynolds on sheet music of the song “centerfold” by Seth Justman.

It delights me to no end to see the house right above mine where I grew up in Palmdale feature in Euphoria season 3. Side note: it’s super windy up there, so I’m curious how they actually captured all the outdoor audio.

As always, it is never as simple as it seems. I encourage anyone who encounters a bigot to try to uncover their actual underlying reason and you may find they may not like being called a bigot.

More context on this #Artemis II image: * This is the night side, lit by moonlight. You can see city lights in Spain & Portugal, & a sliver of day at lower right * The Sun is entirely behind Earth, which makes it a kind of solar eclipse, but w/ Earth doing the eclipsing instead of the Moon: ☀️🌍🚀🌕

A full disc image of Earth, as seen from the Orion Crew Module. The planet is a pale blue, swirling with white clouds and glowing slightly lighter blue in place from reflected light. At lower left, a large brown landmass is Africa, with Spain and Portugal with twinkling lights where the planet curves. At top right, auroras glow in a thin green glow, just barely separated from the planet's surface. Earth is set against the black of space (pic: NASA/R.Wiseman)

Have you seen “good have fun don’t die”? Let me say the writing is nothing short of kick ass, direction and editing were perfect, and 2 hours of Sam Rockwell being Sam Rockwell = one hell of a good time. Our theater had people talking through the film in the best of ways. Anyone else seen it?
