Timelapse for the comic as well. As some pointed out, there's a couple of references in there, but the most obscure might be on the first page where I used the Sonic Advance 3 opening as reference for Sage pressing the button. Also "got ring?" is there if you squint. #sonic #art #speedpaint

An doodle of oc Liam calling out to the viewer with a hand near his head. He's wearing a shirt with sleeves pushed up, and a pink and white background with a cat head pattern! He is in color.

The same image, but he is grayscale in a limited palette. The grays on him are intentionally picked to be 2 grays, a lighter gray and dark gray in specific spots.

Any artists also have this thing where you subconsciously mimic your OC’s facial expressions as you’re drawing them? This happens almost every time when I’m drawing Zoey specifically to the point where I have to snap myself out it. 😭 #ocs #originalcharacter

Feza, dressed as Phoenix Wright, holding a piece of paper diligently. She states "I have the text logs right here: 'I'll leave em out for ya! Nobody else should touch em. They're not fans of raisins.' So, how could the cookies disappear that fast?"

Jasper, dressed as Miles Edgeworth, recoils in shock. It appears there's something around his mouth too. "They're scavengers!" he says. "Sometimes they eat whatever. Even if they don't like it!"

Honestly I think the most important thing is character action. This is a problem theatre has solved for us, thankfully. Have your characters doing things, physically interact with each other, or other objects, and then have your camera angles frame all that well. example from my own manga

Hey. Can you feel that? You, right now, have the power to create. The power to shape reality. Something you probably thought was limited to fiction is possible every day. Pick up that pencil. Type that draft. Write that song. Take a dive. Make it happen.
