I am sick of the pundits who say impeaching Trump is a waste of time. It is important to lay down markers that Trump's behavior and blatant disregard for democracy and his corruption is not acceptable. Without the marker of a third impeachment, future leaders will say this wasn't that bad.

Trump is using the Smoots-Hawley Act of 1930 which MANY economists attribute to putting Great into the Great Depression. The act was meant to protect US industries instead it caused countries to retaliate against the United States and reduced exports.
