green and brown anole summer

A green anole (A. carolinensis) clinging to the side of a small tree trunk. The blue-green ring around its eye is notable.

saw some funny shrooms

Two white mushrooms, each with a discolored brownish raised bump in the cap, are growing adjacently; the edges of their caps are pressed into one another, reminiscent of a smooch.

An immature mushroom of the same variety which looks like an egg on a stick. it vaguely resembles an egg cup with the top half of the shell being brown against the white bottom.

cool boletes

An oblong bolete mushroom with a ruddy pinkish complexion...

Another similar bolete but oddly misshapen; becoming angular and almost square.
