Hey!!! Time is moving so fast!! I’m doing a small Thanksgiving. And then it’s full on Christmas. The real challenge is no one needs or wants “stuff” Are you recovered from the damage?

OH yes -- I never realized that you can "stretch" your hand muscles. Even though I'm older and my hands are bigger, I can feel that my hands aren't as "stretched". Here's to regaining old talents

A while ago I sat down to play a complicated piece I used to play like it was nothing. There was some muscle memory but I needed this cheat sheet. Totally embarrassing. Lol.

I'm so glad you posted this. When I was in corporate marketing, I was VERY closely aligned with accounting and finance. Tracking and measuring customer and product performance was an arduous and manual process. But it was critical in identifying new opportunities and hidden ways to find profits.

Hi Morgan -- nice to meet you. That's an awesome fun fact. Fun fact about me? I used to be a classically trained pianist. Then, after not playing for roughly 30 years, I can't play a note. I guess that shows that if you don't use it, you lose it.

I've tried to do Mastodon but found it really clunky. What did you think of the experience?

Here’s something we can all use.

I didn’t mention it’s on Netflix

People will eat ice cream and tell you it’s shit. Then they’ll eat shit and tell you it’s ice cream.

My current binge is the Italian Lidia Poet. I’m obsessed with the costumes and of course the story of this brilliant mystery sleuth who was never allowed to be an attorney. She’s brilliant she’s gorgeous and the whole thing is giving a steampunk lite Agatha Christie.

It’s so great to see my favorite Twitter friends here. This is feeling old Twitter. This will be a great place to just share

What are you binge watching right now? I’m looking for something new.

Ivana Taylor @diymarketers.bsky.social · 15/11/2024

Jim!! Hi there. So great finding my Twitter friends here

Ivana Taylor @diymarketers.bsky.social · 15/11/2024

Have been on the fence of doing the chat here. But I’ve created a list and if you want to reach out or anything like that. Also the #BizapaloozaChat hashtag on there.

Everything takes time. Even here - I jumped in when it started. Forgot about it. Came back. Will this be the time it sticks?

Ivana Taylor @diymarketers.bsky.social · 15/11/2024

It’s been that way for me for years. More than that, tho is how many people just disappeared. Maybe they are here now

000

Ivana Taylor @diymarketers.bsky.social · 15/11/2024

I started a list for entrepreneurs, small business owners, freelancers, you know who you are. Just add #BizapaloozaChat at the end of your post, so we can see you.

YAY -- I've been in here forever, but have been in and out. So saying HI -

Hey Lisa -- I gotta start my day with coffee. I start black, but might end my coffee binge with a cappuccino (so basically just add whipped milk) Maybe that's NOT a cappuccino but you get it.

So do you think with all this AI search that Bing is going to overtake Google?

000

Ivana Taylor @diymarketers.bsky.social · 15/11/2024

OMG -- seriously!!!! What is up with that. I was trying to make a list, but that didn't work. Gonna try again today.

000

Ivana Taylor @diymarketers.bsky.social · 14/11/2024

That’s too bad. I know I really only do the chat.

000

Ivana Taylor @diymarketers.bsky.social · 14/11/2024

I hope you can find some brain peace. I’ve been there and it’s easier said than done. My head would just constantly go there and give me no peace. Hope you do better. 🤞

Ivana Taylor @diymarketers.bsky.social · 14/11/2024

Yep. Still doing #BizapaloozaChat on Twitter tonight at 8 et. I’d love to switch to here but lots of folks are still there.

Hey! Been a while. Good to see you

110

Ivana Taylor @diymarketers.bsky.social · 14/11/2024

Feeling you! Don’t carry it with you. One thing I like to do is practice being in “awe” like while driving: I can’t believe I’m moving at 70 mph right now! Or I celebrate every little thing like “I just got out of bed! I rock!” Kinda lame but works for me.

YAY -- I've been here for. awhile, but inactive. I'm going to see if I can start a new habit here.
