another goodie: lexicon publishing meets CI/CD.
as we update app.bsky, chat.bsky, network.bsky lexicons in the bsky monorepo, they'll be linted and checked for breaking changes in CI. on merge to main they will be published to the network. no more stale bsky lexicons on protocol. more on this soon!
