Trying to plan workouts so I can get off of the aggressive diet. But I don't really want to be in the gym again, even though I felt so much better when I was going 4 days a week. stationary bike sucks, don't enjoy free/body weight exercises, kettlebell is boring Do I just get under the bar again?
