My fiber folk, I’m making a patch work cropped cardigan. The bottom square in both pics will be a square but also the ribbing. One is coffee (a mauvish beige) & the other is Dark taupe (a greige). Which one grabs your eye more? 🧶

There are 2 versions of that sweater. The Rebel alliance version that I did (but I changed the back) and the Empire version you did. Same author. I’ll eventually do the Empire version.
