Mad scientist, writer & occasional sorceress. She/fey. Cerements Collective member (cerements.com). A world of disorderly notions, picked out of my books, crowded into my imagination; and now my head was full of nothing but enchantments.

The afternoon is already getting pretty well along where I am! Wish I'd checked Bluesky earlier; there are *so many* complete strangers who don't know yet that I don't fancy a shag, and trying to get to them all in time is going to be a real marathon, I tell you what.
Screenshot of a tweet from some transphobe who I think wrote a kids' book one time depicting a banner for International Asexuality Day captioned "Happy International Fake Oppression Day to everyone who wants complete strangers to know they don't fancy a shag."

Also, her current grift seems to be "gender dysphoria is real, but enby people don't have it, so they're trenders!" Which... leaving aside the philosophically-dubious ontological treatment of diagnosis, that's just wrong on the facts. Enby people can and do have diagnosed dysphoria and require GAC.

To mark the final hour of the Biden administration, my first proper post on disorderlynotions.com: "America Is In A Bad Place," a poem about politics & conspiracy, madness & magic, and individual and collective psychosis, featuring a lovely, eerie visual created by @hedy.cerements.com.
A visual preview of "America Is In A Bad Place", featuring schizoid occult pseudo-code against a background of dark red static and illegible, vaguely menacing text.

So how's your mental health this week?
Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the starship Enterprise looks into the camera, bemused, baffled, hand outstretched almost pleadingly.

Don't you dare turn your eyes away from history, even the awful, scary parts. If you don't watch it with your own eyes, you rely on others to tell you what you saw. We must all bear witness to what's coming.
The phrase "Don't you dare turn your eyes away from history, even the awful, scary parts. If you don't watch it with your own eyes, you rely on others to tell you what you saw. We must all bear witness to what's coming," photoshopped as a post from TheCyberSmith, better known as Human Pet Guy -- the self-proclaimed Master of Word, Wit and Wisdom and *truly* a Guy for the very ages.

We have a modest proposal. (The original 'dilemma' being men being sad when their partners make more money than them.)
A quote post of Talia Bhatt (@enkiducoin.bsky.social) saying "I have an elegant solution to this dilemma" by AUrora, all to Aurora (@auroragirl.bsky.social), featuring the cover of Welcome to Dorley Hall photoshopped with a speech bubble.

I'm very much enjoying the Sisters of Dorley series by @badambulist.bsky.social, and there's a running bit about the Hall making corny novelty mugs about their many crimes. Apparently there's one reading "Feminising Torture Basement", arranged as the TMNT logo, which immediately nerd-sniped me.
