I loved visiting the English Garden in Munich during my trip a few years ago. The food was nice, the beer was good, the live music was excellent, and the vibes were, overall, tranquil. I sincerely hope that you're having a good time over there.

Finally got around to beating "Mario is Missing!". It's... mediocre, as expected. Like, it's not the worst thing I've ever played, but it felt really tedious. The music was neat, though, being comprised of remixes from "Super Mario World". Otherwise, I'd listen to others online and avoid this title.

No one knew their lines because the movie kept receiving rewrites through the end of shooting, one of the directors assaulted a crew member with steaming hot coffee, and the stars did shots of whiskey between takes because they stopped caring. It was an absolute disaster of a production

This new version of the castle grounds does resemble the one in-game a lot more. While I liked the previous iteration too, this new one feels significantly less cluttered, making it much easier to comprehend and appreciate the overall design.

I figured Maple lived in a quiet spot which didn't necessitate a door. That being said, the scenario in which she manually removed the door from its hinges just for the sake of the shot is rather humorous

I've finally completed "EarthBound Beginnings"... While it suffers from some issues, such as the previously mentioned difficulty spikes (necessitating grinding), the charming writing was enough to keep me going throughout this title. Would recommend to those with patience for this sort of thing

I remember seeing a behind-the-scenes documentary for the famous "Brilliance" advert from 1984. The artists & technicians there discussed the elegance and beauty of their work, and this post has put that into perspective for me. Genuinely, this feels quite enlightening. Thank you

The lighting in this piece is, once again, excellent. As you've mentioned, the flower pot also looks extremely period accurate, which is quite cool. However, one must wonder how Maple enjoys her coffee. With or without carrot...?

I feel as if this would have been one of the alt. worlds within Portal 2's Perpetual Testing Initiative if Valve weren't trying to distance themselves from the Half-Life storyline at the time. It's a fun idea, for sure

Gosh, that scan with the Maya pyramid is so cool. The use of photographic references for the textures is a rather nice touch. That lighthouse scan oozes great atmosphere as well. I remember thinking it was a genuine pre-release screenshot when I initially saw it. They're very well made.

There used to be a mall around where I live called "Fiesta Mall" that was popular before the turn of the millennium. It closed down due to the economic recession, but seeing old photos of the place, for me, is like looking at another world. They're snapshots of an untouchable past. It's strange

I have decided to return to "EarthBound Beginnings" sooner than expected to take a needed break from my studies. That being said, tonight's going to basically be me level grinding for, like, a solid hour because this game's balanced for psychos.
