It's weird that we are supposed to spend a third of our lives sleeping. Sadly, most blind people, including me, usually get much less than our eight hours a night. Personally, I am not sure so-called non-24 is a thing. I think so many of us struggle sleeping because of the discrimination we face. The harder life is the harder it is to relax enough to sleep. I don't have any data to support this thought, but I think people in many countries sleep better than Americans do because their social services are so much better. When things like going to the doctor, sending your kids to school, and continuing your own education revolve around the ability of others to make a profit, you are going to be stressed and have a harder time sleeping.
