No negative body talk, ever. No "I feel fat" or "I haven't been to the gym in so long, I feel awful". No diet talk. The thing that made the biggest difference in helping me find peace with my fat body was going zero-tolerance on this kind of self-talk, but people in my life still subject me to it.
