Dude pulled up into the shop saying his brand new Denali's breaks were squealing and smoking. The mechanic informed this guy that his E-brake was on and that he had to disengage it when it starts up Said gentleman wasn't happy and blamed us for it turning on every time. Thank God I'm a secretary
