I had the same experience with the first Butthole Surfers EP, there was no designation for proper play speed anywhere on the album and I had never heard the band, just dug the name and punk cover, so I wasn’t sure what it was supposed to sound like.

Every situation has it’s own unique set of problems or potential, just depends what you want to wrestle with more ;)

I wish I was tending my gardens in the Yucatan instead of staring at the computer on this cold gray rainy day.

New work. After 25 years of tattooing, I have become so conditioned to being “tight” that I need some relief and want to work in a looser style. I am completely self-taught when it comes to painting, and they may be crap, but I am enjoying the freedom. #popsurrealism #newdirections #folkart

Is that the same as s rapidograph? I used to love drawing with those. I hand inked many logos with those, french curves, straight-edges and triangles back in the 80’s.

Two more new paintings for the upcoming Oddities and Curiosities Expo. I want them to look a little weathered. I am painting these in a much looser style than normal, because I think it lends itself to the aged imperfection. #odditiesandcuriositiesexpo #monsterart #thecreature #mypetmonster
