Yeah, there's a historic building in Copenhagen (believe it was a children's school?) and the tour guide WAS VERY quick to point out the modest sized swastikas etched into its corners had nothing to do with Nazism, it had been built before the rise of Hitler.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Article III means one can't simply legislate term limits. Agree it's certainly worth a try. Ethics enforcement? Sure, that'd help, an UNpacked court would ok it. (There's a bunch of amendments to this boat anchor of a Constitution that need adding!)
