I think for the PL to retain any credibility they have to throw the book at city. Otherwise it basically says "you can cheat for nearly 20 years and get a slap on the wrist if you get caught". And that is not much of a detterent

One of many reasons I don't allow critic reviews to influence my game purchasing. PLENTY of amazing games got panned by critics and were loved by fans. I hope Wolverine sells well cause I want Insomniac do keep doing what they do.
