They might as well get rid of it, and then just readjust all the currency. A dime is the new penny, a dollar is the new dime, $10 is the new Dollar, etc. Certainly a dime has less buying power than a penny in they 70s. You can call them Trump pennies, and Trump dollars to make Mango Mussolini happy

She's telling us what most of us knew. The Republicans are Party over Country. If that means voting for a corrupt pile of crap that is a serial cheater, so be it. Corruption is just baked into being a Republican Politician.

I've known Donald Trump to be a pathological liar since he was on Letterman in the 80s and Howard Stern in the 90s. It takes a low grade moron not to recognize him as a lying conman.

The belief that Moses was the Author the Pentateuch or Torah is pretty funny considering Moses dies in the Book of Deuteronomy. Moses was just another myth from a book of myths.

Maybe he's right. We saw in 2024 that so many that should be in the Democratic coalition can be bothered to turn out. Everything they had problems with Harris about, Trump was still clearly worse.

He does seem like a pre-Television Televangelist. Then again, a lot of Academics say that a lot of the letters attributed to Paul are fakes written by Others. They are positive 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Hebrews and Titus are not written by Paul, and there are another few they think are likely fakes.

How about you "warriors" win the Iran war that your administration started. Right now America looks like wimps and looks very weak because the Strait of Hormuz was open before the war, and is closed now.

Funny how the Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014 and did a full scale invasion in 2022, and Diesel prices are sky high now after the Iran war and the Straits being closed. It's almost like Waltz is another lying Trump official trying to cover the massive fuckup that is the Iran-US war.

No, it really isn't. All you have to hear is facts like that Utah one needing 9 GW of power. Anyone who isn't opposed doesn't know what that means. It means you also need 9+ GW of cooling. NYC uses 12 GW of power as a comparison. 1 Nuclear reactor creates ~1 GW of power. 1 Coal plant - 0.5 GW

When you realize that 75% of the chemical energy of the gasoline becomes wasted heat and noise, it's not surprising they have huge thermal stresses.

I'd take the side of the Strait not opening. Why? What has the Trump administration, who is responsible for the strait being closed, done to open it up? The Trump administration caused it to be closed and has to put boots on the ground, or accept a losing deal that opens it. They can't do either

Even a better tip, don't use IC engines because they are massively unreliable compared to EV motors.

There is a big difference between income taxes and wealth taxes. People who own companies can insure they pay almost no income taxes by taking a small salary and borrowing against their holdings instead.

Electric Motors are easily less mechanically complicated and therefore more reliable than internal combustion engines. Because they are more efficient (90ish percent for electric motors vs. 25ish percent for IC engines), they generate much less heat which is the killer of most items.

I already mentioned the Tragedy of the Commons. You aren't paying any attention apparently. That's the role of the government and the voters. Too bad in America you are talking about imbeciles who vote Donald Trump into office. Anyway, I'm done. I think I'll just mute your ignorance.

dipradan.bsky.social @dipradan.bsky.social · 28/09/2026
Don't be afraid to open your eyes to the actual results of socialism, which have been nothing short of a disaster. Not all Capitalism is US capitalism. You should look at Nordic capitalism. ~90%+ of the economy is privately owned, & taxed which provides revenue for the 10% of the economy that's not
000
dipradan.bsky.social @dipradan.bsky.social · 28/09/2026
Socialism faces "The Tragedy of the Commons". Basically if everybody owns it, no one is responsible for it. Socialist economies thrive on nationalizing privately owned capital, like oil wells or power grids, & promptly monetize it for corruption, then run it into the ground thru lack of maintenance
100
dipradan.bsky.social @dipradan.bsky.social · 28/09/2026
The difference between Capitalism and Socialism is who owns the means of production and distribution. In capitalism it is privately owned, in Socialism it is some social entity, either government or workers. History says Privately owned is far superior because there is incentive for upkeep.

My insults are a reflection of the abject stupidity of your observations. No homelessness in China? Not noticing the failed status of every Socialist country? Are there problems with capitalism in America? Surely. Is the answer Socialism? Surely not. Go with what works, Scandinavian Capitalism
100
dipradan.bsky.social @dipradan.bsky.social · 28/09/2026
Funny how socialist countries can't survive without Capitalist economies. Capitalist economies can easily and willingly cut themselves off from Socialist economies and feel no harm. The real problem Socialist economies have is the sheer amount socialist leaders steal. Castro, the ANC, CCP, etc.
100
dipradan.bsky.social @dipradan.bsky.social · 28/09/2026
Yes, but socialist countries haven't solved it either. The big thing China has done has been to enrich the 100 million party members at the expense of everyone else. Economists are saying the problem with the Chinese economies are that workers aren't consuming enough, but they are too poor.

Chinese state social media lying to gullible people. Estimates of China's homelessness go from 2 million to 300 million.
