It’s all so melodramatic and over the top, I love it 🥰 Pure camp 🙏

It makes me so happy in this book when the count is described as looking like a vampire, it makes the anime’s choice to design him the way they do make sense. He’s the perfect combination of this book + space opera anime 🙏

Okay okay it sounds like it was actually made into a candy form, the Count isn't just pounding raw leaves. Yay 1830s edibles! (I still love the image of him eating leaves though, so stupid)

The Count just ate from a bowl of "hashish", I don't think Alexander Dumas knows how to do drugs. This is the face of a man who eats weed raw and thinks it's gunna get him high

After many years of being a Gankutsuou fan I'm finally listening to The Count of Monte Cristo and I'm happy to report that it slaps 😌

New art finished at last! I worked hard to get the colours right here, as one acrylic marker dried up half way through. So anyway, here's Rosemary as a Blood Knight Vampire! #HighGuardianSpice #Fanart #Halloween #NoAI #AntiAI

Rosemry, one of the central protagonists of High Guardian Spice, is a girl with pink hair tied into twin, puffy pigtails. She is dressed in black leather and crimson segmented armour with a tattered cape blowng behind her.

She has a black leather belt and is holding up her broadsword in an action sctance. Her broadsword's hilt is adorned with a blue curve pattern, and the pommel has a darker pink colour underneath.

She has dark blue eyes and fangs protruding from her mouth, indicating that she is a vampire.

Ight ya'll win, I refuse to define myself as an animation industry failure anymore. Punk Ass No.1 went too well. It sucks being broke, but it's pure narcissism to feel this way when 70+% of us haven't seen studio work in years. None of us fucked up, CAPITALIST ENTERTAINMENT ABANDONED US. Period.

Just speaking for film & TV there isn't really a job loss due to AI. It's been mostly due to successive punches of pandemic, streaming collapse, union strikes, studio consolidation and interest rates. This trend was in place way before Midjourney was pumping out pictures with 14 fingers.

Looking at the way ppl treat TADC & Goose it kinda seems like you're damned if audiences like it, damned if they don't T w T The real solution here is to touch grass I guess...

God, having created something (esp something the internet loves 2 hate) really makes it such a mine field to be online 💀 Most days are fine, some days you see something really nice, some days you see something that makes you feel really, really bad 🙃
