No worries! I figured you were a busy girl, and it looks like I was right. Luckily, I'm a patient guy so I can wait no problem. See you in October and good luck with med school!

Well then, guess I don't have to do anything! This actually works for me since I needed to build up my account again. Damn expenses... Take care Abby!

And sometimes we're in on the joke instead of being the butt of it. Glad to know it's the former in this case.

No problem! You're a busy girl, and I'm a patient guy. This will work out!

Stay tuned! I just came up with an idea I think you'll love working on! Will email the details later. Plus it depends if you have an open slot for me.

Would you believe that the writer/director, Gavin J. Konop, admitted to taking influence from Snyder? At least in regards to the visuals. He said Superman's flying scenes in MOS influenced the swinging scenes in Lotus. But it looks like he took some inspiration in regards to writing as well.

AKA A Zack Snyder superhero movie.

main message could be that the new guy doesn't HAVE to be Hugh Jackman, that he's just as valid a Wolverine as Jackman ever was, and that one role doesn't have to be defined by just one actor. But no. Gotta get those member berries am I right?

In retrospect, I can't help but feel that they REALLY should have recasted in D&W. Given the nature of those movies, there could've been meta commentary on it. "Oh this guy isn't the Wolverine everyone knows and loves. This guy isn't the one Deadpool wanted to team up with" etc. But by the end, the+

This doesn't just apply to Spider-Man but really the vast majority of comic adaptations. Unfortunately.

I got this as soon as I heard about it yesterday! Got both of them maxed uo to level 10 in like an hour! Scott and Ben are so much fun! Can't wait to see what else you guys are cooking for Fall!

They are. This is just a screenshot from the movie Obsessions. The lead girl has quite the variety of facial expressions. But yeah, no Smile spin-offs. Lucky us.

Specifically, I would point out The Substance and Black Swan as well as Perfect Blue. Movies that pick apart how destructive the entertainment business can be on one's physical and mental well-being WITHOUT coming across as insulting with a back-handed message.

Can we at least agree Daran Norris is the GOAT Venom voice?

The funny thing is is that it actually tasted pretty decent. It's just the presentation was HORRENDOUS. Also, I'm surprised Ramsay didn't nickname it a "pisscake" just for a quick laugh.

Well I was more so talking about how after seeing Sony and Microsoft in competition with their own IPs for so long, seeing one join the other is just so shocking you know? Like the 16-bit war of old with Nintendo and Sega. Almost like history has repeated in a way.

010

DinoDave150 @dinodave150.bsky.social · 14/12/2025

Microsoft was cooked the second Halo and Gears of War became available on the PS5. Which I STILL can't believe I've lived long enough to witness. God, is this how everyone felt when Sonic games were made available on Nintendo consoles?

Looks like a bunch of nonsense... Which perfectly summarizes the movie. So yeah, accurate poster.

After a varied superhero career, Mayday Parker is now ready to take on what may be her most intimidating task yet! A task many would agree is terrifying for even the bravest soul! Just a fun little comic I thought of. Art by MelodicScribe. #Spidergirl #MaydayParker #MC2 #Marvelfanart

Happy Halloween everyone! Here's Zombie Spider-Girl done by my bestie MelodicScribe! In a world parallel to Earth-982 (which I designate Earth-2515) the Hunger virus began to spread, leaving a certain webslinger as one of its many casualties. #SpiderGirl #MaydayParker #Zombieart #Halloween

I just finished Silent Hill 2 the other night. It's amazing how a game over 20 years old tackles its subject matter with more finesse and sensitivity than these movies do. While also being scarier and better written in general.

Well they both have pointy headgear, so I guess that counts for couples' costumes.

True. But it's times like these where it's okay to be petty. You know?

Some new @thesgb.bsky.social fanart today, with one based off of the currently recent Part 2 of their Batman Dark Tomorrow let's play, where Batman faces off against his most dangerous, most cunning, most unstoppable enemy... the Crane! Also featuring Cassandra Cain :D! #fanart #batman

A Pizza Tower inspired artwork with a super buff Batman on the left (and Cassandra Cain behind him) and the Crane on the right.
Please don't mind the spelling error with Scarface's name, I didn't notice it until now
