its easy to slap a "no ai used - human made" label on your work and feel smug about it. could you add a "no underpaid human labor used" one on it? "no workers harmed" perhaps? "all workers paid a proper wage"?

A while back i felt kinda similar, I was stressing myself out trying to make detailled and accurate to life art. The way i got out of it was a bit extreme, I changed my style to be this veeery graphical lineless style just made of simple shapes for some months. Like i said it was a pretty big pivot-
