Day 5 of my October daily art challenge. A lot of you REALLY like the dragon queen. Unfortunately, she's not accustomed to having human admirers. So it's probably best to just admire from afar... Feel free to suggest other things for me to draw this month.

Can't believe it came ever lol

Day 4 of my daily October art challenge. Open your heart for kaiju Chu (or Kaichu, if you will). This one was an audience suggestion for "Chu as a kaiju". If you'd like to suggest something for me to draw this month, just leave a comment or send me a DM.

That is one I've been considering lol

000

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Oh yeah, it was way harder than I expected. Especially because I couldn't for the life of me find any good references for that viewing angle. So I had to just wing it lol.

Day 3 of my daily October art challenge. This is another of my own ideas, this time featuring my dragon queen character (yes, I'm still working on the name lol). I'm also taking audience suggestions for things to draw this month. Just leave a comment or send me a DM.

Day 2 of my October daily art challenge. Roll's going for a more classical look today. This is a dumb idea I've had in my back pocket for a long time lol. But I'm also taking suggestions for things to draw throughout the month as well. Just leave a comment or send it as a DM.

Lol I'll add it to the list

020

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

No promises, but I'll note the request lol

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

I'm trying something a bit different for this October's art event. I want to work on my output, so this year I'm aiming to post something every day. And I'm taking suggestions as usual, starting with Eva as a boo, suggested by someone who made some cool fan art of her recently.

In the pre-Halloween spirit, I cleaned up and colored the design for my new character, Alice. She's a vampire who became an online celebrity and pretends she's just a cosplayer playing a character so she can "hide in plain sight" and get easy access to blood from her fans.

2358

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

She looks a lot scarier than she actually is...though that doesn't necessarily mean there's not a chance of you getting eaten alive if you're not careful lol

020

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

She is vaguely friend shaped...if you squint real hard...maybe

120

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

It's not quite the spooky month yet, but here's a colored sketch of Uyo trying her best to look approachable and make friends. I wanted to experiment with a bunch of different things here, like dynamic posing, dramatic lighting, cel shading, etc. What do you think?

Re: CoM was my first experience with CoM. It was certainly...a time lol.

110

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

I'll withhold judgment until the game comes out and I get to experience it. There've been far too many lazy, misguided, or just disappointing remakes and reboots for me to be optimistic about it. But I'm at least cautiously hopeful and looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

And the game does kinda look a bit "Nintendo hire this man" at first blush. But I like how they seem to have utilized the stronger hardware to flesh out the characters and environments a lot more. I really hope the non-Hylian races can get more variety in designs/personality too.

160

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

I'm always skeptical of remakes. And there are a few things shown in the direct that I'm not quite sold on...like why do smartphone integration but then randomly decide to be purists when it comes to keeping in loading screens? And did they replace the c buttons with an item bar?

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Happy "We Finally Got Details About The Ocarina of Time Remake" day to all who celebrate 🎉 OoT is one of my favorite games of all time, but somehow this is the only OoT art I've done, which is something I really need to fix lol. Maybe the remake will inspire me to draw more.

Got the urge to replay Advance Wars 1. I did the Advance Campaign and went for the Rivals route, because I hadn't done either before. I ended up S ranking Rivals in the funniest way...by parking a single guy at the end of a long bridge and causing the world's largest traffic jam lmao.

0130

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

I think you may be on to something lol

120

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 30/08/2026

Damn, I didn't expect a simple sketch of Lina to pop off that hard (relative to my other posts on Bsky lol). Guess you really never know what's gonna be a big hit. I think I'll try doing more sketches between big comics and stuff, which'll allow me to post more art and be a bit more consistent.

1180

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 29/08/2026

Remember when I said I need to do more art of Lina and then didn't? I've also noticed I haven't really done much with Lina aside from pinups lately. So I want to at least do some sketches here and there that show off more of her personality and character...starting with this one!

Lol feel free to suggest away

Took the week off from art to relax and organize my reference folders. So this week's update is just a heads up for anyone that may not have seen it that I'm doing a community event where you all can suggest outfits for Eva to wear in future comics/art. Details in the post below.

0231

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 21/08/2026

Lol gotta love those wacky time zones

110

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 21/08/2026

Thanks everyone who came to hang out at the test stream. No major problems with the stream afaik, and I won all my Isaac runs, so overall a decent test run. For the first real stream, I'll try picking a time that's not super late on a weekday lol.

1100

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 21/08/2026

Late night stream, testing my setup. Gonna play some Isaac for a few hours and let chat give me good (or bad) advice to influence my runs. Come hang out if you want! www.twitch.tv/dingberg

Test Stream - Playing Isaac | Streaming the binding of isaac: repentance.

I'll have to unlock Tainted Samson first (I think I have about half of the tainted characters unlocked so far), but I'll give it a try lol

121

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 20/08/2026

May do a test stream this evening on Twitch to make sure everything works. Maybe play some Binding of Isaac and let chat tell me what to do with my runs lol. I'll make another post with a link to the stream when it happens.

All you have to do is send me your suggestions for clothes, accessories, or full outfits (here's some examples). Submit them via a reply anywhere in this thread or DM. I likely won't be able to get to all of them. But if yours doesn't appear in the next comic, it may still appear in something later.

4466

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

And I've already got the first audience interaction event ready to go! As has been GLARINGLY obvious for a long time, Eva is in DESPERATE need of some new clothes. And what better way to build a new wardrobe than with gifts from her generous fans? More details in the next reply.

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

Essentially, you all will be acting as Eva's online followers. I'll come up with ways for you to be involved in how things play out. And I may even incorporate things people say/do outside of the planned events, kind of like when I did my comics based on fan mail from Tumblr.

1356

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

The comic is complete, and a new chapter in Eva and David's story begins. It's also finally time for that fun announcement I teased earlier. Eva's officially an online influencer now...but in reality, you're going to be the ones influencing her. Check the reply thread below for details.

Recently I've been thinking about ways to engage with the Dingberg Community™ more, and I thought of streaming. Just some super casual game or art streams here and there to hang out and chat when I have time. Leave a like or comment if you'd be into that. I'm gauging interest.

5151

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Also I'm debating just omitting account handles for them because I don't want them to overlap with existing social media accounts IRL, just in case...and coming up with good new unique online handles is even harder than coming up with names lol.

130

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Refined linework for the Eva and David comic. I should be able to have the whole thing finished by this time next week...two weeks at the latest if something comes up. And I'll have a fun announcement to make then too.

1397

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 25/07/2026

The comic has been fully roughed out. Here's all the pages together for your viewing pleasure. Now I just have to refine, color, etc. And I've got an announcement to make once the comic's all finished up that I hope you'll all enjoy :)

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 22/07/2026

Got Binding of Isaac on a crazy sale recently and just beat the infamous Ultra Hard challenge last night. Holy hell, Edmund is a cruel bastard lol. It took me 2 days and god knows how many retries because my luck was so crap. And the run where I finally won took over 6 hours 💀

281

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 18/07/2026

It's probably either because she's sitting down or just inconsistency on my part lol

020

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 18/07/2026

Page 3 of the new Eva and David comic has been roughed out. Has Eva finally discovered the secret to getting famous? Or will it just end up being another joke at her expense? Find out next time!

1436

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 11/07/2026

Page 2 of the new Eva and David comic is fully roughed out now. I'm already working on the next page, so I promise it won't be like a year between updates again lol.

2418

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 04/07/2026

I started working on this comic a long time ago and then got distracted by a bunch of other stuff. And I've been getting people asking here and there about Eva and David and the comic specifically. So I'm making a public promise to focus on finally getting this done lol.

2435

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 04/07/2026

Same here. At least there should be fewer fireworks-related fires this weekend lol.

000

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 01/07/2026

Love that the hat just doesn't fit his frog head at all. I'm imagining him just constantly having to adjust it and pick it up off the ground throughout the campaign lol.

000

Dingberg @dingberg.bsky.social · 27/06/2026

Just make sure there's plenty of room in there for all the shiny things she likes to hoard lol
