The art is all over the place, and gets much worse when the author switches to digital (during the pregnancy arc, sadly). Sometimes the boobs are double their size, towards the end they shrink. But overall lots of cute art (if you like a mature woman, that is)

Also, the place has pregnancy initiatives, so surrogacy and adoption and so on is more prevalent. Lots of babies, but often passing to new moms, with all babies able to find their birth parents easily. Maybe it's not just this town, but an alternative universe with a lax attitude to pregnancy...
