pictures from my afternoon walk

A small clearing in the woods at a park during the daytime. In the center of the image is a fallen log. There are tall, skinny trees scattered throughout the picture with bright green leaves, and rich green foliage covers the ground. Light shines through the leaves of the trees, dappling the ground with sunshine and shade.

A walking trail at a park in the daytime. The trail continues into the center of the image before disappearing through an arch created by small, skinny trees lined up on either side of the trail, reaching over the trail to intertwine their branches in the sky. The shadows of the trees pepper the trail and offer refuge from the bright sun. To the right of the trail is a lake.
