No you won’t, #Labour. In the main, Reform voters aren’t interested in arguments, no matter how well thought out they are. They’re emotional voters, reacting to Farage’s scare/rage-bait tactics. But besides all that, I don’t really want foreign money in UK politics, regardless of source or party.

While the #AssistedDying bill doesn’t go far enough for the circumstances affecting my family, and I do want to see extremely robust safeguards in place (as well as better palliative care for all), this is a good first step towards alleviating suffering in my view.

Only 31% of asylum applicants came to the UK in small boats in 2023. I sometimes wonder why no one rages about the other 69% but then I remember those responsible for spoon-feeding bigotry haven’t mentioned this. The gullible only rage at what they’ve been manipulated into raging at, don’t they.
