Black Warrant on Netflix is a well made series on Tihar Jail and its inmates, created by Vikramaditya Motwane and Satyanshu Singh. Motwane seldom misses with the execution of his subject matter. The recreation of the Central Jail and its inhabitants in the ‘80s is meticulous.
