[3/3]

Pomni, in the background, looks questioningly at Jax. Jax, in the foreground, is facing away from Pomni and holding some of her hair up towards her face. She’s blushing and incredibly embarrassed, looking off to the side. The abstraction eyes in her hair continue to stare at Pomni. Text from Pomni reads, “Uhh…Jax?” Faint text behind Jax reads (drawn out and exaggerated), “FUUUUUCK”

[2/3]

A small, chibi Pomni nervously looks away while the abstraction eyes from Jax’s hair surround her cartoonishly. Text reads, “Oh no, it’s not—nothing like that! It’s just—well—your hair kinda keeps—staring? At me? It’s not bad or anything! I was wondering—ah well, I suppose—just—did I do something…?”

A small, chibi Jax stares back at Pomni, surprised and flustered—her hair puffs out in all directions with the abstraction eyes going wide as blush covers her face.

Jax looks away, feigning nonchalance and moving a hand behind her head to pull her hair over her shoulder. The abstraction eyes continue to stare at Pomni. Text from Jax reads, “Oh, that? Don’t worry about that, it’s nothing. It does that to everybody. I can’t control it. Sorry. Just ignore it.” Text from Pomni reads, “Oh! Alright, yeah…”

Pomni smiles apologetically at Jax. Text reads, “Good to know. Sorry if I made it weird.”

I really like the ideas I’ve seen about Jax’s abstraction hair showing her emotions—especially ones that she might be trying to hide :) [1/3] #tadc #funnybunny #jax #pomni

Pomni and Jax sit near each other on separate couches. Jax is looking off into the distance at Ragatha, who’s speaking to someone out of view. Pomni is looking at Jax.

Pomni stares at Jax’s post-unabstraction hair, in which the eyes are staring directly at her—she looks a bit uncomfortable.

Jax turns towards Pomni with a stressed smile. Text reads, “Watcha lookin’ at, Pompom? Something on my face?”

Pomni still doesn't know this rabbit all too well yet. But she still means exactly what she says. Anyone willing to help out has the capacity to be kind.

Thanks, Maxine. It's been a while since we talked. How are you?

"Yeah, not sure. I just felt this ticklish sensation earlier." She fiddles with her hands, looking over at her. "I'm doing fine." When's the last time she heard that from the rabbit?

She offers another smile, glad to know there's even more kind people in the circus.

That makes the jester look a little bit self conscious for some reason, fiddling with her gloved fingers, looking down at her feet. "My bad?"

"I'm fine. Just felt an itch. I didn't think that was possible here in the circus though." Taking a tissue, she wipes her nose. "Can we even get sick?"
