actually, this afternoon i decided to draw this meme here (yea reposting) and i had ref next to me and i was studying how to draw them, even if it is a rough sketch... tried drawing some of them for the first time too... Ni from the past would be overwhelmed and not actually try it out.

thinking about my favorite kind of 02 joke in this fandom is making Ichijouji Ken pathetic as much as we can. (like i did here...)

“Turns out that King Shoutmon’s story is legit.” Miyako continued, “Old transcripts found in the ruins mentioned a Digimental called ‘Digimental of Desire’ and it was too powerful, even more than the golden Digimentals we know.”

“But one detail in King Shoutmon’s story intrigues me” Tailmon looked at them, seriously, “If Vulcanusmon hid it… How did it reappear now in our current era, and broken into pieces?”

“I can answer that…” Ken seemed a bit… nervous now.

“Can you?” V-mon asked, innocently.

“... Ok, are you ready to know?” and the boy sighed.

“Yes/Yeah/Mhm!!”

“... I… I found it and broke it.”

“YOU WHAT!?” they all exclaimed together, in shock.

“Ken, how did you wreck a Digimental, dude!?” Daisuke babbled, “What the heck!”

“With the power of a strong servant digimon and the ire of a god” Wormmon answered it, ashamed. Ken frowned, better none of the digimon know it…

“Another item to the Digimon Kaiser’s crime list” V-mon shrugged.

“If it was the strongest Digimental, why did you break it (dagya)!?” Hawkmon, Armadimon and Patamon asked in unison.

“..............”

“You couldn’t lift it, right?” The rest of the 02 group asked with an annoyed voice tone.

“G-guys… I… I tried to get rid of it because I didn’t want you to acquire it!! 💦”

“Yeah, he couldn’t lift it, so threw a tantrum and broke it” the others shook their heads. Ken felt an extra dose of shame.

“C-come on… I… No, you’re right…” he sighed again.

“I never thought you could break a Digimental…” Takeru commented, “That was a surprise to me.”

this drabble is getting long and longer but enjoy Noel being OVERLY DRAMATIC as a bonus :)

“May I ask you to follow me? I think I found a clue.”

The trio looked at each other, but then decided to agree following Sorrel. They went to an office room, in which had some curious details in there, like… scissors and some thin pieces of paper. The paper caught Noel’s attention the most, like an animal recognizing their belongings. He narrowed his eyes, making Youta notice it. However, it didn’t seem like Sorrel had seen that face because the arrogant detective had his back turned to the trio and was crouching down, examining something on the ground with an odd magnifying glass.

“Hm… I think I’ve spotted some evidence here, gentlemen.”

He announced, then turned to the group,

“The stolen painting may not be that far from us now. Could you check this place, please? Thank you.”

And he left the office room, leaving those thieves-disguised-as-officers alone. Sorrel’s behavior was extremely suspicious and they all agreed, but what was intriguing Noel right now was the pieces of his beloved calling card lying there in the ground and some leftovers in the scissors’ blade.

“It’s here… the scene where my art was vandalized.”

He looked dramatically at the pieces of paper and had an enormous urge to tear down that mansion instead. But he had to calm down... He had to remain civilized and solve things like a true gentleman.

Violence is not always the best solution.
It is inadequate in this scenario.
