Raw chicken thigh and leg pieces, marinaded in zesty italian dressing, seasoned with kinders buttery poultry seasoning in a tray

Charred Leg and thigh pieces, offset heat with cherry wood and charcoal smoke, smoked for 100 mins until 170 degrees

Sauced tacked on the leg and thigh pieces, cooked til 180 , slightly more charred. Chicken was delicious
