I have no idea how a bloke from the north, who first grabbed my attention during the pandemic by making me laugh at my anger with the Tories, could then go on to write a series of thrillers with a protagonist so far removed from leafy Cheshire. All 4 books have been a roller coaster ride and I'm about to board the carriage for the fifth time. If Netflix aren't hammering on his door desperate to throw money for options on the series then I'd be very surprised

I was a non-clinical person in the NHS during the pandemic. My clinical colleagues endured the most incredible stress on a daily basis, not knowing if they were likely to catch this disease we knew very little about. To find out these grifting, lying cvnts were raking in the cash is inexcusable.
