I promise this is a good faith rhetorical here at the beginning. The issue isn’t the dice, it’s not trusting the people you’re playing with to be honest, and if you don’t have that, why are you playing with them in the first place? #diceseeds #dnd #ttrpgs #dice

for the love of all that is holy, yall need to stop. Casino grade machined dice are an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT than artisan handmade dice, which are functional art pieces. If you don’t like them, don’t buy them, and leave us alone. #diceseeds #dnd #ttrpgs #dice

NYT denounces Zohran Mamdani’s mayoral bid for not having 'the experience'—despite him being a 3X elected assemblyman—then endorsed a rich white guy named Whitney Tilson, who has never once held elected office. Their “meritocracy” is really just rich white male mediocrity. Definitely not racist.🙄

We kept being told that journalism was a bulwark against fascism, a "fourth estate". This is the liberal frame for perceiving the industry's worth. But the reality is the polar opposite: fascism has been allowed to thrive, and could not have done so, without journalism.

I refuse to give the NYT my eyeballs, so I can't speak to the specifics of this article. But any historians attempting to use AI for either writing or research should be run out of the field. AI is inherently unable to do anything we need it to do to understand and communicate history.

not sure if this is in the current bluesky consciousness, but the Nuclear Block is what makes this place great. a block ends everything between you and the blocked person. it robs them if all engagement. it’s very much why the troll problem here is much more limited than the everything app.

Just finished the first “portal” frame for our wedding decor I was terrified as I was going, the definition of TRUST THE PROCESS , bc I hated this almost every step of the way But I’m very pleased with the results

An ornate white frame rests on a brown leather couch. The frame has glowing mushrooms and moss on it. The center of the frame has a vortex with tiny paintings of the TARDIS, the Enterprise, the Millenium Falcon, and the constellations Taurus and cancer

The theatre kid to ttrpg pipeline is strong so while I think this is a NICHE video it’s MY niche. This specific piece of the song has been in my brain as one of my primary echolalias over the last few weeks. Maybe posting this video will let my brain REST (it won’t) …maybe I should watch ttB!
