"The most merciful thing in the world is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents." - H.P. Lovecraft Clearly, he has never met someone with ADHD.

Don't be alarmed if you suddenly see a lot more people around. It's one of the few days of the year that Bi folk become visibility in the visible spectrum.

I remember the flyers from Darwin 4 had like, methane afterburnings or something? Always felt like a more plausible path than fire breathing fauna. Fire breathing flora on the other hand...

Lancer sort of has this, where you have all the equipment and weapons back at base, and you have to choose which to bring on a given set of missions.

Next Andy Weir book: on Enceladus, submarine with smart guy in it gets separated from home base, and until they can come get him, he has to survive in an alien ocean bigger and deeper than Earth's. Also there's an alien whale. They can't communicate, but it helps out. It's just Subnautica.

If I have to see this, all of you have to see this too.

Traditional Chinese moon cake on a banana leaf surrounded by Nasi Lemak stuff: cucumbers, fried peanuts and anchovies, fried egg, fried chicken with the crispy bits, and lots of sambal.

Clearly the solution is to bioengineer trees that can shoot lasers and animals that can call hurricanes.

Sort of ironic that Academy City of Toaru Index is an actually realistic example of a Solar Punk city despite its dystopian themes.

A shot of Academy Cit, with walkable streets, a monorail, and wind turbines in between city buildings.

A massive city scape with lots of greenery in between buildings and wind turbines.

A different angle of Academy City, with the space elevator in the distance.

It feels very true to the video games. The characters are well represented mechanically, the game mechanics are engaging, and the story could feels ripped right out of the games.

I still need to finish a game, but the bits I've already played were amazing.
