Time to practise the zither – yeah, I know the notes are marked on the fretboard 😂 but I’m still a beginner. Today it’s the turn of “Zillertal, du bist mei’ Freud”. It seems to be a traditional song, particularly in Bavaria. It sounds absolutely lovely when you can play it 😂

It’s been quite a while since I last posted. I hope you like it ☺️ I’m wearing a str8Up with a Kiddobooster and 11 extra inserts. My nappy is providing emotional support once again 😬😬. I’ve got a lot to cope with: burnout, ADHD, my employer. It’s all really getting me down at the moment 😞

This is what we call winter in Spessart. Snow so deep that you can hardly walk. Silence in the forest, occasionally broken by snow falling from the trees. I can't imagine better weather for my birthday 🥰🥰

I know most of you love disposable nappies. But I like wearing cloth nappies just as much. Especially at night, since I don't need nappies, I really like wearing cloth nappies. They are soft, super thick and absorbent enough to last until morning.

I know I'm a DL. 100%. But I just love going to bed wearing a mega thick nappy, onesie and long johns. Snuggled up nicely. And falling asleep content and relaxed.🥰🥰 Disclaimer: I use a translation programme and because I like British English so much 😅, I use that. I hope my posts make sense at all.

Now that the end of the year is approaching, it's time to look back. What does DL mean to me? I don't just see myself as a DL, it's much more than that. For me, wearing and using nappies means independence, freedom, the freedom of not having to search for the nearest toilet.

Nothing is better than being able to lie in a warm bed and enjoy a nice full diaper. Toilet breaks are unnecessary. The diaper soaks up everything and becomes even thicker and nice and warm.
