Since some people asked: It's a diaper disposal sink: looks similar to a service sink, but with a big drain in its lower corner connected to a large-diameter S-trap siphon that provides powerful siphoning when flushed, allowing wet & messy disposable adult diapers to be eliminated down the drain.

He carries the diaper to a weird service sink dumps it. "Oh, did you want this?" he says teasingly, while yanking the flush cord above. Water fills up the strange sink, and a few seconds later, a deep gurgle is heard - "Sorry kid, it's gone!" Old comm I got from @amomon.bsky.social , colors by me!

A lovely sketch gift from a local artist friend (who asked to remain anonymous). He's not into diapers but said he liked how my shark looked wearing one, and surprised me with this!
