It’s a tax on corporations. Haven’t we been scream pay your fair share. Now they are taxed and I’m suppose to be upset. Many corps are eating the costs. Some countries lowered price to share tarrif with corp. Billions$$ have flowed in. Problem is it’s funding bombs not USA.

Many will leave. I sold my two family in queens. My sister is selling now. Her friends leave houses empty rather than rent. It will backfire. I grew up socialist. I saw it backfire in small & big ways. I hope he wins because of Gaza but he will be bad for economy.

I’m 61. I watched Bronx burn every night on news. Not big landlords. Many small ones. It was more profitable to get insurance $$. I sold my 2 family in Queens. I know some that leave it empty rather then risk non paying tenant. It took us 2 years to get non paying tenant out. It’s bad now.

It will kill NY. Learn history. Rent controls & lax law enforcement killed NY in 70s & 80s. Then Rudy stepped in & saved it. I lived through it & saw transition. You only see today’s NY. You don’t know how bad it was. We lost housing because of rent control. Owners burned them for insurance.

Adults not kids. You can’t get a tattoo until 18. You’re not old enough to know what you really want. You might have some lib mom that wants to be admired by friends so convinces kid they are trans and start hormones at 11. At 18 the kid can better know one’s self.
