My kid texted that she’s ordering baking pans to be sent to my house because she wants to do some baking when she comes for Thanksgiving, and “the pan situation at your house gets me a little miffed sometimes.”😂 I’ve decided that “a little miffed” will be my new “I am ready to burn it all tf down.”

My sleep cycle is inSANELY fucked up lately because I get tired and then go to bed early and so I wake up early and lather rinse repeat except it gets earlier and earlier so now I wake up at 3am and now it's not even 7pm and I'm an old lady so I guess 7pm is my bedtime now. FML

Watching a tv show where a medic says, "He's showing symptoms of rabies infection. Get him to the hospital!" Sure you can take him to the hospital, but it won't do any good. Once a person starts showing symptoms, it's too late. Bitten by a rabies-carrying species? Get the shots immediately.

Dear writers (and non-writers): It isn't the rubber tires of a car that protect occupants from electricity--whether from lightning or power line or other dangerous source. The protection comes from the fact that the vehicle itself serves as a faraday cage.
