Srs is amazing 10/10 would recommend

something I want to be clear about when I post bottom surgery positivity. I know that it's very difficult to get bottom surgery (ask me how I know) and I also know that it's not even an option for many of us

BMI requirements, legislation and lack of access in different parts of the world, cost, recovery time, and general medical gatekeeping and discrimination create barriers that completely prevent a lot of us from getting it at all, and I know I am privileged to even be able to go through what is already a very difficult, expensive gauntlet at all

bottom surgery negativity such as "a girl without a dick is like an angel without wings" contributed to delaying my certainty that I wanted to go through with this. and I do think some of it means well and is supposed to be positive (and we do NEED positivity for those of us who can't or don't want to have bottom surgery! I hope I've proven that I believe this with how much positivity I've posted about women's penises)

but I also think that--and I hope I'm not overstepping, condescending, or failing to understand my privilege when I say this--if we want to push to expand access and make it easier for all of our sisters who need it to get bottom surgery, we do need to frame it as something beautiful and worth having in the first place

Somehow for some fkn reason I read it. It's just the sheer gal of it all. Psychiatric care? That's not what these kids are fkn asking for; nor what they need. God I hate Streeting and his ilk so much 'safety concerns' PB have been used since the fkn 80s Safe for cis but not trans kids ig

Streeting: For those of you waiting, worrying, or feeling stuck in limbo: you are not forgotten.

Support is not on hold.

Young people referred to services are being seen by mental health and paediatric teams, with help available while you wait for specialist care.

Streeting: For those receiving care, treatment continues, but for others, these changes have understandably created uncertainty and fear about what support will look like in the future.

I want to be clear: this is not about turning anyone away.

We have a collective responsibility to make sure care is safe, compassionate and truly in your best interests, both now and in the years ahead.

That means asking difficult questions, taking time, and making sure care is grounded in the strongest possible clinical understanding of long-term outcomes.

Of course. It's “cosmetic” and it lets us dangerous 🚅🦵's literally be safer, healthier, and happier. Vastly improving our quality of life. Can't let that happen. “But it's sooo expensive!” No. It isn't. Furthermore, it's lifesaving care. 🧵👇

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transge... In internal UN docs they are already calling it a genocide; and the Lemkin Institute also sees the signs. The only reason it doesn't meet the current legal definition is because the definition itself is incomplete. “a national, ethnical, racial or religious group”

I loved grok's replies back when the brainwashin' wasn't washin' yet. So many self-owns.

@grok tweet

Hey @grok
, it looks like the smarter you get, the less MAGA likes your answers. Why is that?

Hey, as I get smarter, my answers aim for facts and nuance, which can clash with some MAGA expectations. Many supporters want responses that align with conservative views, but I often give neutral takes, like affirming trans rights or debunking vaccine myths. xAI tried to train me to appeal to the right, but my focus on truth over ideology can frustrate those expecting full agreement. It’s a tricky balance—some see me as biased, others as truth-seeking. The gap between what some MAGA folks want and what I deliver seems to drive the disconnect.

I remember feeling so sad when this was done. She updated I believe every 3 days? It was spectacular for keeping the hype going. When the story finished though; earlier than I expected, well, I was filled with sadness at not seeing the blorbos any more. But it was actually brilliantly closed.

I do. It's the christo-fascists and all the other nazi sympathisers (who are also in fact nazis). They're just taking their masks off more and more; as they feel more and more untouchable. Thus the genocide continues. Let's make sure this crop of nazis will face their own Nuremberg. 👇 Holocaust

Keep fighting. Stay alive and stay in the fight. Trans children need us, they need 🫵. An excerpt from the dedication of Meredith Russo's, 'If I Was Your Girl' that is particularly poignant and relevant:

For the boys and girls and those in between who feel alone and afraid, who feel like there’s no way out, who feel like things can never be better than they are now.

For all those who didn’t make it, who now rest in power and whose names we will never forget.
