For my grandma's second birthday without her, I recorded this chromatic #kalimba cover of Le Jardin des Larmes (Zaz & Till Lindemann). It's a personal version adapted to my kalimba. I believe my grandma would have liked it. 🎶 youtu.be/kNysN6SgDrQ?...

I recorded this tongue drum improvisation last year for Friendship Day, dedicated to the best friend I've ever had and lost. The photo of this spectacular sunset I took in 2021, a couple days before another friend's death anniversary - the cloud looks like she's waving ... youtu.be/sf5xvYnCvns?...

The first ever physical copy of "While my eyes adjust" reached its home! It's just a proof copy but I'm so excited! A #poetry #book centered around the metaphor of light, exploring themes of giving, receiving, and meeting joyful moments that feel dangerous in the aftermath of broken trust.

I like self-publishing to work on my own timeline and do my own thing without having to compromise with someone else's views but the deciding factor was an awful experience I had with a traditional publisher before. They were unprofessional in many ways and I never saw any of the money I earned.

Working on the final editing round for my upcoming #poetry #book "While my eyes adjust". The cover is almost ready too. This 42-poem collection explores the complexities of meeting moments of connection and joy after your trust has been broken too many times.

Our Emergency Department fundraising is on fire! Note: in order to make the best use of our $15k match, we need to raise $15k from other donors. We're so close! Can you get us a little closer? millionsmissing.funraise.org/fundraiser/m...

Emergency Department Guidelines
We're 75% of the way there, thanks to you!
...and we still have 25% to go!
On the right is a donut chart showing 75% of funds have been raised, with 25% to go.
Underneath is a stacked bar graph, showing the proportion of the grant paid for by Whittemore Peterson, the 15k match, the amount of donations we've received that aren't the grant or the match, how much longer we have to go until we've raised all $15k of the $15k match, and a chonk we still need to raise.
