-us, it’s just that they didn’t care enough to put a better way into law. They tried to change this in 2015 in the house however it got veto’ed by the president, however this time in 2025 it was an executive order from the supreme court itself and bypasses the house and president.

I haven’t gone through the process myself so I cannot say for certain but I haven’t heard about parents paying reparations. As for why, Poland’s government never really cared about trans people that much and never cared to introduce a non-judicial process. It was not that they purposefully deterred

-(gay marriage is not legal here and a child can’t have two people of the same gender as parents on the birth certificate), however upon obtaining his request the court decided trans people did not have to sue anyone. Big win for us as this kind of process was extremely laborious.
