It's #LetterboxdFriday so here's my #LastFourWatched. Obvious recommend is Demolition Man, but the Mechanic was a little more introspective than I thought it would be. The opening was pretty good. So if you want to stretch your watchlist, that's a fine way to go.

It's #LetterboxdFriday so here's my #LastFourWatched. I gotta recommend The Quick and The Dead, it's incredibly entertaining. Stacked cast and gorgeous to look at. I almost turned it into a Sharon Stone weekend but that would have been too much for my brain. Is Sphere as bad as I remember?

It's #LetterboxdFriday! I don't think much of these movies except for The Green Mile, I think the closing line is something about how long our personal green mile can feel and that is very self-aware of the movie to say. #LastFourWatched

It's #LetterboxdFriday! Of these movies I would recommend Natural Born Killers. I still find the nihilism of society pretty chilling. If you aren't into watching a bit of the ol' ultraviolence I don't know what I got here for you. The Relic wasn't bad, but it was splashy #LastFourWatched

It's #LetterboxdFriday! Of these movies I would recommend A Haunting in Venice, it was the best of the three and I liked the mood, story and crazy angles. Horror in the High Desert you should watch like the first 15 minutes and the last 20 minutes or so. #LastFourWatched

It's #LetterboxdFriday! I liked The Prophecy, but didn't think the second one added much. If you haven't seen Road to Perdition that was pretty good, I'd go with that. I think the casting of Hanks detracts a bit but the leads are acting strong in this. #LastFourWatched

It's #LetterboxdFriday! The Howling seemed to be hinting at talking about humans' beast side, werewolves as a separate thing from humans instead of just a curse like it started. But it was pretty slow until the end. I guess I recommend that. Stay away from the Cannibal God. #LastFourWatched

Happy #LetterboxdFriday! My last four are all above average on rating and none of them liked. Crazy pants. I would recommend Lights Out because it was banging from the get go and I'm ok with a Ring knock-off. TBH I should probably throw it a heart. #LastFourWatched

I feel really bad for Justice Jackson, she seems so qualified and normal in her opinions on law. She's saddled with this court that seems to want a king in all but name for life. It's like a hellish life sentence.

#LetterboxdFriday #lastfourwatched #FilmSky The obvious recommend is of course LoTR:Return of the King but I'm not going to pick that because if you haven't seen that by now rando guy on the net telling you to see the trilogy isn't going to do anything. I guess Dr. Sleep, it's not bad.

#LetterboxdFriday #lastfourwatched #FilmSky These were all kinda stinkers in very different ways, so if I had to recommend anything it would be Breakout. It was unexpectedly light hearted and Bronson wasn't the usual murder everyone with dead eyes kinda dude. It was like an A-Team mission.
