Proud to have made top 3 in a stacked bracket at locals! There are two things I know I need to work a little on: 1. My P2 side 2. The Anna match up We go again and pleased to see Sparta get his first offline W!

Keep forgetting that i have bluesky on more then just my PC 😭 For my 3 peeps here, we visited Sodium showdown this weekend in Bristol UK, and won our tekken run! Also did not go 0-2 in SF 🥹 Some matches were more nerve werking, but there were definitely some verry strong sets as well! 😤

SF6 Arc will start very soon! I’ll be moving out, and I’m thinking of streaming my journey learning SF6 and other FG’s, of course this is only an idea at the minute but hopefully it’ll become a reality!

This Sunday @ The Lanes Bristol Wasteman Weeklies there will be no brackets or stream. There will be casuals available all day on PS5 for all the usual games we run, and a PC or two for older titles! All welcome to come and join the fun & cool down in the courtyard with 🍻and 🍕! 😀

Thank you I appreciate that! As long as the community is great and I’m enjoying the journey the results are only a secondary issue for me, but playing against players like yourself Joey and Acy has been a huge factor in my improvement!

First offline bracket win in Bristol in 2025! Long time coming but glad to have reached it. Genuinely feel like I’ve gone up a level over the past few months. The Bristol local scene is constantly improving too. Hopefully the game itself improves too!

I had a fantastic time in Exeter. I also very pleased with: 1. My first offline win of 2025 2. My first ever bracket win outside of my home city of Bristol. The EXFG crew have been amazing supporters of SMBF so I’ll always have time for them. Can’t wait to see their FGC scene continue to grow!

Tekken 8 Season 2 - they improved movement and removed power crush heat engagers, yet the game is in an even worse state than Season 1. At least with Season 1 the game was getting progressively better each patch. Now we are at square 0. I really hope they improve the game in time for TWT.

I'd strongly encourage anyone who has an inkling or a worry about it to get assessed for ADHD/Autism - after 12 months waiting, I had mine thanks to #PsychiatryUK and it's given me some great structure to move forward and live in a healthier mindset.

Thank you! Unfortunately I’m unlikely to make WW500 because it’s likely to fall on Eid. However, I will try and catch you guys for casuals after if at all possible. Will do my best. Haven’t won a WW in a while so hopefully I can do it this weekend. The true grind starts in Season 2 though 💪🏾

I don’t quite know how I finished higher in the SoulCalibur tournament than Tekken but we take those. Slightly tempted to set some time aside to actually improve at the game, because right now I am hard carried by Tekken fundamentals.

SMBF | DhakaKnight @dhakaknight.bsky.social · 25/02/2025

Once again amother incredible bracket. I am happy to have made another top 8. The level just keeps getting higher, you love to see it! Also happy for Schizophrenic69 to have won his first Waistman Weeklies. He was an amazing player when I met him but he’s improved so much since. GG’s all round!

SMBF | DhakaKnight @dhakaknight.bsky.social · 12/02/2025

Another stacked bracket at Waistman Weeklies. Pleased to make top 3! Also super pleased for my brother to finally win it! From not making top 8, to making a few top 3s, to being gatekept a couple of times at grand finals by me 💀 to winning it! Shows what hard work and enjoying the game can do 👊🏾
