My bet is that AI-based Coding will bring back at some point all the benefits of strong-typed languages and the need to have in mind those best practices and concepts prioritized by clean code and Sw craftsmanship. Because it seems that some people are no longer concerned by that

This is one of the main advices I keep reminding to people that ask for feedback on their talks. It’s very easy , being a few cms away from your screen to forget about those sitting at the end (sometimes also in the middle or in the front row) of the room. Please don’t!!!

I still have the first Visual IDE I used for Java. It was long before Visual Cafe, this is the end-of-degree project from my friend and classmate @indytw When JDK 1.2.2 was the “latest Java” It’s been a while but it was when I first got in contact with Java.
