Went camping this weekend and I had a blast. My partner bought me this pretty cool tent this year for my birthday and I’m very happy with it.

This needs to be preserved in like a museum or something.

Trying to convince my dog that the burrito I’m eating doesn’t taste good and it’s not working. On a side note it’s his week to get groomed so don’t judge his scruffy look.

Quote with a title screen that’s iconic to you

Daniel @dg117.bsky.social · 28/02/2025

Ah gotcha. I’d say make sure to stretch before and after then. When I started dead lifts, I would start my first set without anything not even the bar (to practice form) then I would use just the bar alone. Slow and steady wins the race? 😅 Hehe and you’re welcome! 😄

Daniel @dg117.bsky.social · 28/02/2025

If done in proper form, deadlifts are pretty good. Just make sure to start with a light weight and go slow. Another one is the close stance goblet squat. A trainer showed me that one but would modify it and have me only go about half way back up when returning to the stand position.

Daniel @dg117.bsky.social · 27/02/2025

#tbt here’s to more lake and beach trips for summer 2025. And pool days too! Haha
