Sometimes it really is the simple pleasures: though I've never had a cavity, I'm very prone to tartar buildup. At my last cleaning, when I asked my hygienist about using a stiffer-bristled toothbrush, she whispered in hushed tones "you should be fine if you're gentle." My teeth feel great today. 🦷🪥♥️

Don't think I mentioned. I fucked up my knee mashing too hard on my 2-speed a couple weeks ago and haven't exercised since. Until today! I ran & haven't noticed any ill effects. I'm slow.
