The second and last teaser of my upcoming illustration, "Fin-rotic". And as shown in this teaser, there's a glimpse of the top half of the gorgeous reverse leather-merman; a sky blue-colored fishhead paired with vibrant lime green "terminal" fish mouth. And going a bit lower in the teaser shot, you also get a good look at the leather-merman's strong forearm and bulging bicep - with his dark brown melanin glistening oh so beautifully. ✨️🐠🖤

A personal update. <3 Also howdy to all of my peeps over here! It's going to be a very long while until I'm able to get back to art as I could only pack so many belongings (for context: I traveled all the way by bus.. actually multiple buses hah), so all my supplies are still in KS via storage. 🐾

G'mornin y'all! 🐾 I want to wish a super Happy Lesbian Visibility Week to our sapphic queens!! Their impact and presence within our lgbtq+ community should never go unnoticed and deserves much respect and many thank you's. Without lesbians, we wouldn't at all be where we are today. That's a fact. 💗

(Credit to Matt Bernstein @mattxiv)

A pic of a group of lesbians huddled around a sign that says "WELCOME BLOOD SISTERS" with a big red heart at the center.

Beneath the group photo is black and white text, over a blue and pink gradient background, that reads as follows:

"..in 1983, amidst growing panic over HIV, gay men across america were banned from donating blood. lesbians stepped in.

lesbians across the country formed groups like the "blood sisters" to organize blood drives for gay men with AIDS, who were in desperate need of blood transfusions."

Another important reminder that trans rights are human rights. We as cis folks have an obligation and duty to keep fighting like absolute hell so that our trans family will continue to exist. Because I firmly promise you, if they fall, the rest of us will severely fall too.

A very happy Trans Day Of Visibility 🏳️‍⚧️💗 A reminder that I don't play when it comes to protecting my trans family — especially during this time where anti-trans laws are still ongoing and getting more and more severe. I should know, as KS legislature is fighting tooth and nail to erase trans Kansans.

A tad bit late, but I want to say thank you so much for the love that y'all've given towards my Spidey illustration! Your support still genuinely means a whole lot and am always grateful that y'all still rock with merpup and their craft, which of course is fucking pawsome. Much love - awrufff!! 🥰🕸️🐾❤️

The fully finished graphite pencil sketch of my Spider-Man illustration; showing the Spidey, front and center of the page, grabbing a hold of his web while sporting his classic suit. Also there's the "SPIDER-MAN" title, all written in a very alt-punk/tattered fashion, appearing at the the bottom of the image. Then lastly, you have a introductory quote at the top left corner that says the following:

"The imaginable....
the incomparable....
the fantastic-able.....
Why, it's none other than the AMAAAAAZZIINNGG——"

The WIP of the same Spider-Man illustration, showing the (almost) finished watercoloring stage; showing the purple and yellow background, along with Spidey himself having been colored in with his signature blue and red. Lastly, all the lettering that's part of this piece had been inked — along with the main subject, before another layer of ink would eventually be added on. 🐾🕸️

The very initial/early sketch of my Spider-Man illustration, only showing a lil peek at Spidey's mask and suit.

The fully finished "Spider-Man" illustration, featuring text at the upper left corner that says the following:

"The imaginable....
the incomparable....
the fantastic-able.....
Why, it's none other than the
AMAAAAAZZIINNG———"

Right below the text shows my interpretation of Spider-Man, showing off some emo/alt details throughout the iconic suit; meanwhile, Spidey is making a spider-like pose as he's web-slinging in front of a purple and yellow background. Lastly, you have the "SPIDER-MAN" written at the very bottom of illustration in more tattered-like look, completed with glittery silver streaks.

Does nudity equal vulnerability?🤔 Sometimes, yes. But not always in the way we think. Being naked can feel vulnerable… but it can also be a way to take control back, to exist without masks, roles, or performance. For me, true vulnerability isn’t nudity — it’s allowing yourself to be seen as you are.

A hot babe smoking on a cartoon pack, and a hideous slug creature with an eyeball inside his mouth. Drawn in markers red, black and purple. …. Politics needs to be redefined. The politics at a national level does not reflect the values or the interests of a thriving community. Cuba did more with less for sixty plus years. We have all the building blocks we need to form a human centered civilization and we still cook for kings. Capitalism was a good idea, but just doesn’t work #art #sketchbook #marker #revolt
