I accidentally immediately deleted my mappings, right after I finished them. T_T

I've had an unused MidiFighter3D sitting around, and being the dumbass I am I decided to make it usable for art. I'm mapping the buttons to keyboard commands so I don't gotta click as much on screen. Hopefully this helps my art making process.

Am I just crazy, or has anyone had the experience of switching your sketching brush to something new and all of a sudden your sketching has completely changed? Like, I'm just freehanding so much better right now after I just switched.

I love when I see fursuiters that have a costume/dedicated clothing attached to their suiting. It just gives them so much depth imo. (Not to say w/o it is bad or anything!)

This is my next project I'm working on! I'm taking the Prologue song of "Natasha, Pierre, & the Great Comet of 1812" and furry-ing up all the characters. I've been brainstorming their designs for a while now, so I'm happy to be drawing them! I hope to one day do animatics. [ #furryart #sfwfurry ]

I know it's nothing new to gift art to people, but I mean that I'm gonna still be finding people on Artfight (and probably here) to gift.

Dex 🖌️🐶 @dexthepainteddog.bsky.social · 07/08/2026

I was thinking about it and realized Artfight doesn't have to end just because Artfight is over. I'm just gonna gift art to the people I've got bookmarked if they have a bluesky. It'd definitely help me keep motivated to draw and work on new techniques as I also work on my new project.

#Artfight Revenge I did for @fernthewolf.bsky.social! I had a blast drawing it, and its always cool to see another hockey fan. [ #furryart #sfwfurry]

I hope to post my attacks on here because I'm insanely proud of how they turned out. (just gotta get permission first)

I think the best part about Artfight (besides seeing some amazing characters that I cant wait to attack next year) is that it really pushed me to develop my art workflow and experiment a bit by drawing what I usually wouldn't think to draw. I definitely learned some new things that I like. #artfight

Just finished my last Artfight Attack of the year. Did 4 attacks in 2 days, and completed all my Revenges. This was so much fun, I hope to do more next year! Hopefully my schedule won't be so busy so I can dedicate more time to it.

Man, I had a solid 2 weeks of being unable to do any Artfights. I'll try to get a few more done before Sunday (especially revenges), and then I got a bunch of peeps to attack next year! Be warned, I'm starting Artfight 2027 with a bang!

Thank you so much for the attack! It looks amazing!!!!!!

Maybe something with frustration or anger?

Poster isn't by me, it's by @silver-sebastian.bsky.social, but I just wanted to highlight the kind of stuff I'm looking for.

I keep finding cool people to attack (plus one revenge I'm working on)! I'm aiming to get 1 a day if possible, but idk, might need to save a few for the beginning of next year. No stress, having SO MUCH fun doing Artfight for the first time!

I have a thing I'm trying to do, and I wanna gather IRL furry/animal related bandnames. Some examples include: Pigeons playing Ping Pong, Caligula's Horse, Hevisaurus. Any and every genre is fine. Please reply if you think of one and repost to help me gather more. #furrybandnames

I have so many people I wanna attack on Artfight, but I've been so busy and unable to do them.

Made my first ever artfight atack, on Pikelboo. They made an amazing revenge too!

I only see the SFW stuff, but I think your art is really solid looking. You do a great job communicating 3D objects in space.

Dex 🖌️🐶 @dexthepainteddog.bsky.social · 29/06/2026

It looks so good so far! Don't push yourself too hard, it'll look amazing no matter how long it takes!

I'm helping my friend make his first fursona, and sent him this short so he understands the goal (without feeling pressured). Thank you for putting the feeling of getting the One that really represents yourself into words.

Dex 🖌️🐶 @dexthepainteddog.bsky.social · 27/06/2026

Oh my gosh, this is such a great mindset change. I struggle with shading because I'm always overthinking it to get it to be realistic.

I think my scenario could be worse case, depending on what happens. But it could also be sweet if the "beast" recognizes loved ones from its past and reacts instinctually. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Dex 🖌️🐶 @dexthepainteddog.bsky.social · 26/06/2026

I think the idea of a locked away consciousness, like they still experience and see all that's happening but it's like they're using an unplugged controller, and the beast is just going on pure instinct.

Idk what's going on but I've been craving going to a furry con like crazy the past week, even tho I've never been to one. I've gone to nonfur cons before. I'm watching so many con vids and found a semi-local con that I might try to go to next year. It's gonna be a long wait. #DexText
