Consider it done 👍

A gray and white cat sleeping curled up on a red blanket.
The cat is lying on its side with its head resting on the blanket and its front paws tucked close to its face.
The fur is mostly gray on the back and sides, with white fur on the chest, front legs, back legs, and paws.
The pink paw pads are visible on the back feet, which are relaxed and slightly stretched out.
The cat’s ears are upright, and the eyes are closed, giving a peaceful, relaxed impression.
In the background there is part of a window and a light-colored wall with a decorative panel showing small potted plants.

A meme with the caption at the top: “When I win lottery I will not tell anybody, but there will be signs”.

Below the caption, four photos show different healthcare visits:

Top left: A man with light skin is lying back in a dentist’s chair, mouth open and smiling while a dental professional in teal scrubs and purple gloves works on his teeth with tools.

Top right: A man with light skin rests his forehead on a band at an eye exam machine while an optometrist’s equipment is close to his face, shining light into his eye.

Bottom left: A therapy session where a woman with light skin in business clothes sits in a chair taking notes while a man with light skin in casual clothes sits opposite her, talking with one hand raised.

Bottom right: A medical exam where a healthcare professional with light brown skin in a white coat uses a stethoscope on the chest of a teenage boy with medium-brown skin sitting on an exam table.

The joke is that winning the lottery would be revealed by suddenly being able to afford full healthcare and checkups.

This was a few posts apart on my feed.

Tweet on a black background.

Text:
“Last few weeks I’ve kept smelling toast, randomly, at home but out and about too, and I remember the myth that this might be a sign of a stroke so I go and check and every time it turns out someone’s actually making toast. There’s like an inordinate amount of toast being made, just to freak me out.”

Lazy Sunday

A black-and-white cat resting on a soft, gray cat bed by a window.
The cat has a mostly black face with a white muzzle, chin, and long white whiskers.
Its eyes are open and looking slightly upward, and the tip of its pink tongue is sticking out a little.
One white front paw is visible, propped on the edge of the bed.
The light from the nearby window gives the cat’s fur a soft, slightly bluish tint.

My furry ankle monitor 🤪😽

Gray and white cat curled up against a person’s leg on a textured surface.
The cat has a dark gray back and tail with white paws, chest, and part of the lower body.
The cat’s head is resting right at the ankle area, pressed closely in a snug, relaxed way.
A purple collar is around the cat’s neck.
The person is wearing light gray, textured pants and a white sock with a green shamrock pattern.
The background is a rough, speckled floor, possibly concrete, with a couple of tiny yellow bits scattered far away from the cat.

Being held hostage 😼

A gray and white cat curled up tightly in a sleeping position.
The cat’s body is mostly medium gray, with a white patch on the chest and front legs and a white stripe running up under the chin and along part of the face.
The tail wraps all the way around the body to the front, almost touching the cat’s nose.
The cat’s eyes are closed and the ears are relaxed, giving a very peaceful, relaxed expression.
The cat is resting on a person’s lap, with the person wearing dark blue clothing patterned with white flowers and leaves.

Ah, air conditioning! 😌😽

A gray and white cat resting on a plush cat bed near a window.
The cat has mostly dark gray fur with a white muzzle, a white stripe on the nose, and some white on the chest.
The cat’s eyes are closed and the head is slightly tilted in a relaxed, sleepy pose.
The tip of the cat’s pink tongue is hanging out a little from the mouth, adding a cute, goofy touch.
One ear is pointed up while the other is angled slightly back.
The cat bed is soft and fuzzy, light gray on the outside with a beige inner surface, and daylight from the window gives the scene a calm, cozy feeling.

Baby Mourning Dove visitor (momma was nearby) 🐣

A small brown bird perched on a concrete or stone railing outside.
The bird has a plump body, a small head, and a short, thin beak, with soft brown and tan feathers and darker speckles on the wings, similar to a mourning dove.
In the foreground, a light-colored crisscross lattice fills most of the image, and broad green vine leaves with a few small yellow flowers grow along it.
Behind the bird, there is part of a brick building, a white vertical pipe or downspout, and some out-of-focus autumn-colored leaves.

Caturday lounging on the balcony 😸

A dark grey and white cat stretched out on a sunlit balcony floor.
The cat is lying on its side with its body fully extended, front legs reaching forward and back legs stretched behind.
The fur is mostly dark grey with white paws, a white chest, and some white on the face.
The cat is wearing a purple collar.
Strong sunlight filters through a mesh barrier, casting a grid of shadows across the cat’s body and the textured floor.
Along the top edge of the image are long rectangular planters filled with soil and green plants, with a turquoise-colored surface beyond the balcony railing.

At the top, large metallic text says:
“BATTLESTAR”
Below that, much larger glowing text says:
“SCIATICA”

In front of a planet, several men of different ages are shown clutching their lower backs and grimacing in pain, as if all experiencing severe back problems. The man in front, wearing glasses and a striped button-up shirt, has an especially pained expression, leaning forward with one hand pressed firmly against his lower back. The overall effect parodies a dramatic sci‑fi movie poster, but the “heroes” are all suffering from sciatica.

A small white ghost with two black oval eyes floating toward a building entrance with a staircase and a carved jack-o’-lantern. A sign above the door says “SCREEN PRINTING,” and a few autumn leaves are in the air.

Next scene, the ghost holds out cash to a bearded man wearing a red baseball cap, red shirt, and a paint-splattered apron. He is holding a colorful shirt, as if he runs the screen-printing shop.

Next, the man is operating a screen-printing press. The ghost’s sheet-like body is stretched flat on the machine, with its eyes visible on the fabric while the man pulls ink across the screen.

In the final scene, the ghost now has elaborate pink and red designs printed all over its sheet, including flowers, birds, stars, and musical notes. A small green heart symbol floats above its head, and the smiling printer gives two thumbs up, proud of the decorated ghost.

Caturday 😋

A black-and-white cat resting on a soft, round perch of a cat tree.
The cat has mostly dark fur with a white muzzle, a white patch on the chest, and white whiskers.
The head is drooping over the edge of the perch, and the cat’s eyes are nearly closed as if very sleepy or dozing.
A tiny bit of pink tongue is sticking out between the lips.
The cat tree surface is covered in fuzzy, gray fabric, and a vertical post of the tree is visible underneath the perch.
The background shows part of a window or bright opening behind the cat, but the main focus is the relaxed cat on the perch.

A grey and white cat is curled up and sleeping on the top bed of a cat tree.
The cat’s body is mostly grey, with a white patch on the chest and white around the mouth and nose area.
Its head is resting over the soft, round edge of the grey plush bed, and the tip of its tongue is slightly sticking out.
The cat tree post underneath is partly wrapped in rope at the bottom and covered with darker fabric above.
Behind the cat, there is a window with horizontal framing and soft daylight coming through, giving the scene a quiet, cozy feeling.

A meme with a text caption and a drawing.
The top text says: “The eyes are the windows to the soul.”
Under that it says: “Me:”

Below the caption, there is an illustration of a person with light skin and a blue bob haircut, shown from the shoulders up. The person has a neutral, slightly unhappy expression. From each of the person’s eyes, instead of a normal eyeball, there is a small black arm extending outward. Each arm ends in a hand giving the middle finger. The joke is that, if the eyes reveal the soul, this person’s soul is expressing annoyance or defiance with both middle fingers.

Text underneath:
“Air quality index is 253, which is worse than yesterday at about this time.”

A balcony garden filled with potted plants in the foreground. There are several leafy green plants growing in containers attached to a railing, with dense foliage reaching up toward the middle of the image. On the right side, a light teal hanging pot with a reddish-brown bottom holds a lush, trailing green plant and hangs from a curly metal hook. Behind the plants, a mesh or wire barrier lines the balcony railing.

Further back, there is a small grassy yard area and a low, light-colored brick building. Beyond that are more houses, including a white house with a peaked roof and a red chimney. In the distance, a larger tan or yellowish building with multiple windows rises behind tall, dark green trees. Several power lines stretch horizontally across the scene. The sky appears hazy and pale, giving the whole background a slightly muted, foggy look.

A hazy outdoor scene viewed through a window with plants in the foreground.

On the left, a green hanging planter is filled with leafy green plants and a few small red strawberries dangling beneath the leaves. To the right of the planter, thin dark utility wires stretch horizontally across the image.

Behind the wires, a tall brick chimney rises from a gray-shingled roof. Faint trees and hills are visible farther in the background, softened by haze. Near the center of the sky, just above the wires, a small, distinct, reddish-orange circle appears, which looks like the sun filtered through the haze.

On the right side, tall green vines with many leaves climb upward, some leaves overlapping the wires and chimney. A dark window frame runs vertically along the far right edge, creating the feeling of looking out from indoors.
