Burnham is maybe the best salesman / conman we've ever had as PM. He can make any old thing that been's around for ages sound like an amazing new idea that's he's just thought of. The "Disinformation Centre" is just the latest Burnham reheat. See the extensive list below.

Are AI agent attacks a sign of the end of humanity? Or are we witnessing a massive gaslighting op by the AI industry? Article: devutopia.substack.com/p/are-ai-age...

The BBC gave Farage prime news time to bat away allegations with softball questions and play the victim. Will they offer Zack Polanski the same courtesy next time they're amplifying smears against him? We both know the answer. #BrokenMedia #BBCBias

The “Russia threat” madness is getting more surreal. US. The world's first intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) was the R-7 Semyorka, tested in 1957 by the USSR. It really isn’t headline news in 2026 that Russia is testing its missiles.

To be fair, I think they should send all MPs a copy of that "Understanding behaviours and expectations in the UK" booklets..

When even Farage has worked out a picnic is missing sandwiches, drinks, snacks, cutlery and a hamper. But has a cat called Gerrard who sings the Algerian national anthem in Japanese.

Thanks Andy is trending on X and I do suggest you look at it if you can to see just what an idiot people think Burnham is. It took Starmer much longer to be seen as a gimp. Burnham managed it less than a month with this stupid alert. Turns out being PM really is nothing like being a mayor.

Sorry but Burnham's response to the heatwave crisis is too little, too late. He didn't even use the word climate from the day he became an MP until today. A BBQ and a text message just doesn't cut it. Stop making TikTok's and get on with the list below...

Will Labour actually pay to cool NHS hospitals? Health Secretary Yvette Cooper said the government would ensure “proper cooling in hospitals.” She pointed to £6.75 billion in NHS capital investment. So is this real funding for cooling? Details here: devutopia.substack.com/p/will-labou...

A real joy of Starmer's time as PM was when his posts would get community noted for the lies he threw out. It's good to see Burnham is keeping this going.

The only explanation for MPs making this change is that most of them are corrupt as hell and busy stuffing their pockets with money.

The Ministry of Defence just can't be trusted with the ££ fortunes Labour wants to give them. They are biologically incapable of spending money wisely. Spend the money on the NHS and social care instead.

Thursday: Burnham announces 200 new mental health centres. Big headlines. Good vibes. Saturday's Guardian front page: two thirds of NHS trusts cutting mental health care this year. Starmer may have gone. Labour's relationship with the truth hasn't.

Don't worry Burnham's got this. As soon as he's finished his hols he'll be back to do one of his Northern lad TkToks where he'll say "he's thinking about this" or "considering what to do". His go to solution for any issue, vibes.

Labour: "We will end neoliberalism." Also Labour: let's identify which primary school children are destined to be unemployed. Not fix the economy that leaves young people with no future. Not create the jobs. Not invest in the communities. Label little kids as potential failures

Burnham can’t TikTok his way out of this, the situation with water is getting worse and worse. Renationalisation is the only sane option. Will he do it?

I'm unclear on what level of delusion or amount of hard drugs would be needed to get to the conclusion that Burnham is a return to "Old Labour" and then use a pic of Benn and Foot for that fever dream.

The danger was never that Burnham is different from Starmer. It's that he's better at selling the same nothing. He's just a better con man.

Burnham said he wants to end neoliberalism and end factionalism in Labour. Then look at who he sacked. Pure factional clearout. Now look at this cabinet. Name one person who has been a consistent, public critic of neoliberalism. Take your time. Same product. New packaging. Day one.

75% of the public want a 2% tax on wealth above 10%. The Greens are the only party proposing a genuine wealth tax. All establishment parties are against taxing wealth. Instead they all want to make "tough choices" about public spending.

"Bent as a two pound note" as they would say in my old manor. The failure of both main establishment parties is why so many have ended up believing this con man.

Even some parts of mainstream media are now highlighting there's nothing there with Burnham. We have no idea if he has a plan let alone what it is, what his priorities are and what he stands for. An exact copy of Stamer's failings. This won't end well.

Oh FFS! We’ve had non stop spending cuts since 1979. What are cuts going to achieve under Burnham that they haven’t achieved in almost 50 years?
