New skeb day! Here's #VFCR Stella courtesy of Senoji (skeb.jp/@sepua_nosuk...)

To DevilREI
Thank you for the request.
I revised this drawing many times, thinking about what kind of character Stella could be, which is why it took a while.
I'm looking forward to seeing more of her and her story, too.
Thank you very much!

If you want something temporary for fliers Daiso sells frames that fit a lot of standard JP-size stuff. I got one for one of my Raimais flyers

Umamusume fanbooks and stickers with *incredible* packaging by Obinashi Kachinashi The parody of “The PlayStation” (a once-beloved Japanese game magazine) features a bunch of Uma-fied PS games in a remarkable show of effort

I think Golshi kinda fell off around the PS2 gen

Here’s a free block for you all, literally everything on the site reeks of AI writing and they’re trying to follow anyone with “retro gaming” in their profile, probably for the purpose of grifting Even the “publisher’s” ko-fi page is just slop lol

I wonder if moving around a fair bit has changed my speech patterns because… Michigan? Really? I can count the amount of times I’ve been to Michigan on one hand It *is* Midwest, though (and my closest overall match is Milwaukee), so… mydialect.us/quiz-standar...

I want to let online retailers know that a goofy, low-effort shitpost image like this is significantly more effective at getting me to buy from you than one made with genAI, and I feel like I'm probably not alone (USA Gundam Store, if you're wondering)

IDK if this was critically eviscerated but it has a bad rep in the STG scene But honestly? More fun than Daioujou Also the game that convinced Cave to stick with STGs for just a bit longer

Finished up another Arcanadea kit the other day. Extremely pleased with this one, the metallics, fire, and cape turned out wonderfully

I asked Chris directly about it, here’s what he had to say:

That is fascinating and it actually has been weighing heavily on my mind that Tengen Japan could've had Radiant Silvergun or even Ikaruga had Time Warner not sold to Williams. The eradication of both Tengen Japan and Primal Rage II happened pretty much at the same time and I'm just horrified at the repercussions of just that one point in gaming history. The game Iuchi is talking about was probably what ended up being 10th Degree - that team had gone through many different iterations including an awful prior one that used prerendered graphics called Vicious Circle so having someone with 2D experience could be considered when they were figuring out where to go in terms of staying 2D or going full 3D. I remember seeing it as a crude 3D game with a different name "Juko Thread" before James and Dave came in and it eventually became 10th Degree. While I wasn't at Atari at the time - I was at Capcom Japan of course after PRII was cancelled - my wanting to rescue 10th Degree wasn't something I was assigned - it was something I wanted to try to do because I couldn't conceivably believe Atari would have wasted literal generations of development only to trash something that I felt was actually good. I kept telling that team for years what they needed to do to right themselves - and when they finally got their act together they got cut off at the kneecaps. In the end neither what was left of Atari or Capcom had the motivation or plan to do anything with it. What a waste!
